The AVT20 has a personality crisis; it just doesn’t believe it’s a combo! With its closed back cabinet design combined with custom voiced extended bass response Celestion speakers this little monster roars like its big brothers. 

The preamp section features a 12AX7 preamp valve to ensure that you’ll get the blistering distortion, warm overdrive and clean punch that guitar players around the world have come to expect from Marshall. When Marshall was doing the research and development for this amp one of the big hurdles was how to make a solid-state power amp section react like a tube amplifier. Through a proprietary damping technology, this circuit reacts to your playing giving you a warm musical feel with powerful attack. The CD input and Headphone jack also make the AVT20 an ideal tool for rehearsing.
